We are a young couple in our early 30s with a baby girl named Faith, who is very easy going and welcomes guests. We started hosting international students this year and have had great experiences. Both husband and wife work from home, one being an IT (Data & Analytics) Consultant and the other a Real Estate Investor. We are also both youth leaders and choir conductors and are actively involved in our church. Our hobbies include board games, bowling, tennis, movies, Seahawks football, volunteering, and spending time with family and friends.
Our home is a 2,600 sqft, 3-story townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. We have two rooms available with new comfortable Queen-sized memory foam beds that can sleep two people (in each room). We live close to the major freeways and most places are within a 15 minute drive (such as the airport, the mall, and downtown Seattle). You can easily bus to South Seattle College in 15 minutes, or to Highline College or Seattle Central College within an hour. We cook American and Vietnamese food at home and speak primarily English. We can pick you up from the airport. Our fee includes all utilities (water, electricity gas, sewer, trash), WiFi, and laundry.
