I have been an Airbnb Super Host for 5 years, hosting people from all over the world. I have a 3 bedroom 2 bath house filled with light, along with a large fence backyard. I love hosting people as I love to travel and i love feeding people! I also have a background in helping people learn English, an added bonus of staying with me.
I share my home with 3 large friendly Golden Doodle dogs that are my family members. Each dog weighs 30 kilograms or approximately 66 pounds. All are friendly and love people but they do jump on people. If you are nervous being around dogs, please apply elsewhere. The dogs live in my home but are not allowed in the guest bedrooms.
I have been to Spain, Portugal, Great Britain, Canada, France, Luxembourg, Croatia, Germany, Iceland, and Italy. I love to travel and have a great appreciation for other cultures and people.I n addition to travel, I love to bake and host international guests, walk, play with my dogs, read, write, bike ride, kayak, see theatre and concerts, and volunteer in the community
I recently retired after a long career as a college professor. I continue to work part -time as a college professor, tutor, and Executive Function Coach to people who have ADHD.
My House Rules
1. Lock the dogs when you leave. 2. Turn off the stove and oven. 3. Keep quilts and furniture away from electrical outlets to prevent fires. 4. No Smoking or drugs including Marijuana inside or outside of the house. 5. Be extremely careful with my dogs and don't allow them in the foyer. 6. Keep your room and bathroom clean and tidy.
