Hi there!
We're a christian family who speaks English and Chinese located in the Maple Leaf neighborhood, less than a mile from North Seattle college and a 7 minute drive to UW. my home has three stories and I rent out the first floor which is essentially a separate, completely furnished apartment with its own entrance/exit, living room, kitchen (silverware and appliances included), dining area, private bathroom, and two bedrooms.
We've hosted students from all over China, the Middle East, and Korea for 8 years and have also taken our students to travel the US! We love traveling and have been to many parts of Asia, the US, and some places in Europe. We recently converted our homestay into a Airbnb.
